Life Lasting Plan
A practical, compassionate system for end-of-life and legacy planning
Why I Created Life’s Lasting Plan
I created Life’s Lasting Plan to offer a different path—a clear, structured system to help families think through the medical, legal, financial, personal, and caregiving aspects of what’s ahead, while staying grounded in their values, relationships, and lived reality.
This isn’t about having it all figured out.
It’s about starting somewhere—with clarity, and with support.
What You’ll Cover Inside Life’s Lasting Plan
Medical and Clinical Planning
Choose a healthcare proxy, complete an Advance Directive, and reflect on care preferences for specific situations like serious illness, dementia, or end-of-life choices. Includes values-based worksheets and planning documents.
Legal and Estate Preparation
Understand the key documents—wills, trusts, and powers of attorney—and prepare everything you’ll need to make the legal process smooth, efficient, and aligned with your goals. (Legal forms are completed with your lawyer; this program prepares you for that step.)
Financial Readiness
Organize assets, accounts, insurance, and digital access into a clear, usable roadmap for your agent or executor. Includes guidance for special cases like vacation homes, foreign property, and small businesses.
Caregiving and Family Planning
Clarify care roles, financial preparation, and family dynamics. Includes a practical caregiving planning guide, with considerations for low-trust or high-conflict relationships.
Personal Wishes and Legacy
Document your preferences for donation, body disposition, and memorial or celebration planning. Reflect on what legacy means to you, and how you want to be remembered.
Tools That Make It Doable
Each section includes downloadable planning documents, fillable worksheets, timelines, and conversation guides to help you stay on track and actually complete the process.
What Makes This Program Different
Most planning resources focus on one piece of the puzzle—your will, your assets, or your Advance Directive.
Life’s Lasting Plan brings it all together, offering a human-centered, culturally aware, emotionally literate alternative to traditional planning.
You won’t just get organized. You’ll make decisions that reflect who you are, what you value, and how you want your life and legacy to be carried forward.
Support and Delivery
Life’s Lasting Plan is a digital, values-based system for end‑of‑life and legacy planning. Delivered entirely online, it combines audio guidance, written materials, and structured tools—so individuals and families can work through the medical, legal, financial, personal, and caregiving pieces at their own pace. This mix ensures clarity, reflection, and humane support, not just more paperwork.
The system is fully self-guided, with optional one-on-one support available.
Whether you're listening on a walk, filling out a worksheet, or reflecting on a big decision—this program is designed to meet you where you are.
Who It’s For
This program is for anyone who wants to plan ahead with intention—whether you're navigating your own aging, supporting a loved one, or simply want to be prepared.
You do not need to be facing a health crisis. In fact, the best time to plan is before one arrives.
By the End, You’ll Have:
-
A complete, well-organized plan covering all major areas
-
The language and confidence to talk with your family
-
Fewer “what ifs,” more clarity and connection
-
A roadmap your loved ones can follow with confidence when the time comes
